Jessie is a Breathwork Coach, Mindset & Leadership Strategist, ADHD Coach, and Reiki & Energy Practitioner—bringing a deeply integrative approach that aligns the mental, strategic, and energetic layers of transformation for lasting impact.

With over 16+ years of experience in high-level recruiting and leadership, Jessie served as a Director of Recruitment supporting major federal government agency programs. As one of the youngest—and first female—to design and launch a full-scale recruiting academy in that space, she trained over 500+ recruiters and led thousands of strategic hires across critical high-level initiatives.

During one of the most uncertain economic periods—COVID-19—Coach Jessie and her team became the driving force behind 350% organizational growth, increasing retention to 89%, achieving 26% veteran hiring, and elevating diversity to 49% female representation and 63% ethnic diversity. She also led and developed one of the industry’s top-performing recruiting teams (17+recruiters), earning international recognition through the ONCON ICON Awards:
